This music video, for the iconic song that made Redbone the first Native American band to achieve a Top 5 single on the Billboard Hot 100, chronicles the experiences of a spiritual traveler who leaves home to explore a new world, and offers a look into the living and changing culture of Native America in the 21st Century. The film reexamines pop-culture imagery in the context of contemporary events, and is inspired by a variety of sources, from graffiti to magical realism, mixing reality with the fantastic, the past with the future. It could not have been possible without the inspiration it drew from the Native Pop Art and Indigenous Futurism art forms, which were innovated by artists who include:

Lyrics:
Hail (hail)
Whats the matter with your head? Yeah
Hail (hail)
Whats the matter with your mind
And your sign? And a, oh, oh, oh
Hail (hail)
Nothin the matter with your head
Baby, find it, come on and find it
Hail, with it, baby
Cause youre fine
And youre mine, and you look so divine
Come and get your love
Come and get your love
Come and get your love
Come and get your love

Was There Someone Here Before Us? And Unusual Technosignatures with Jason Wright

Приколы

Were there prior technological civilizations in our solar system?
What are some unusual and odd alien technosignatures?

Jason Wright joins John Michael Godier to explore unusual technosignatures from alien civilizations. Looking for red spirals, dyson spheres, and other signs of intelligent life within the universe. The idea of prior technological civilizations existing either on ancient venus, mars, or even earth is explored. Would they be aliens if they came from earth then left?
